Samuel D. Zuckernik, Associate
Sam Zuckernik is an attorney with Smith Duggan Buell & Rufo LLP. He is based in the Boston office and is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice where he assists clients in the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and financing of residential and commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Smith Duggan, Sam served as a law clerk at a Boston law firm conducting research, drafting documents, and preparing memoranda involving real estate matters.
Sam Zuckernik graduated from Boston College Law School in 2018. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in politics from Brandeis University.
While a law student, Sam assisted small businesses and nonprofit organizations on a pro bono basis at the Boston College Law School Community Enterprise Clinic.
He is the author of “The 21st Century General Warrant: The Use and Legality of Domestic Drone Surveillance,” which appeared in the Spring 2014 edition of the Brandeis University Law Journal.
