Experience:
Sarah E. Lent joined the firm as an associate in September 2001. Ms. Lent served as a law clerk and senior law clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts from 1999 to 2001. Her practice focuses on business and civil litigation with a particular interest in employment law litigation and counseling. She is the co-author of the article Training - The Best Defense Against A Discrimination Lawsuit, Massachusetts Bar Association Section Review, Vol. 5, No. 2, 2003. She also assisted in the representation of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority in the case of Stonehill College v. MCAD, 441 Mass. 549 (2004), concerning the constitutional right to a jury trial in discrimination cases brought under M.G.L. c. 151B.
