Ms. Ricciardone’s practice currently focuses on business, insurance and individual clients in all aspects of civil litigation. She has trial experience with products and premises liability actions, medical malpractice, worker's compensation litigation, and environmental claims. She has also provided individual representation to physicians who have been sued for medical malpractice.
Ms. Ricciardone previously served as in-house counsel at Electric Insurance Company, where she managed toxic exposure claims nationwide for General Electric, including document production, planning strategy, preparing experts, managing outside counsel and negotiating settlements.
Ms. Ricciardone is the editor of the two-volume treatise Workers' Compensation Practice in Massachusetts (Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, 2001) and has published several articles, including:
