Regina Snow Mandl specializes in family law (divorces, separate support cases, paternity cases, pre-marital agreements, post-marital agreements, guardianships, conservatorships); estate planning and administration (wills, trusts, health care proxies, durable powers of attorney, living wills, HIPAA authorizations, administration of estates); and probate litigation (will contests, complaints in equity, petitions to partition real estate), with over twenty-five years experience.

Ms. Mandl is a member of the Probate and Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association. She serves on the Board of the New York University Lawyer Alumni Mentoring Program, and participates in the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association. She has served as a Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers Hearing Officer, and is a past board member and officer of the Massachusetts Family & Probate American Inn of Court. Ms. Mandl presently serves as a Trustee of the American Inns of Court Foundation. Her prior community service includes: Board of Directors, Wayland Public Schools Foundation; Board of Selectmen’s Representative to the Wayland Master Plan Advisory Task Force; President, Fesenden Parents Association; and the Mayor’s Representative to the Design Review Committee for the Newton Free Library and the Mayor’s Committee for the Newton Free Library.

Ms. Mandl also has spoken on a wide range of family law and estate planning topics before many groups, such as the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc., the Boston Society for Gerontologic Psychiatry, Inc., and the Estate Planning Section of the Boston Bar Association.
