Two Center Plaza is on Cambridge Street in Downtown Boston. Center Plaza is
the long, curved building slightly uphill from and to the South of Boston
City Hall, across City Hall Plaza (Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market are on the
North side of City Hall). The entrance to Two Center Plaza is the middle of
the three entrances to the building. Smith & Duggan is on the 6th floor.
Public Transportation:
Take the Green Line or the Blue Line to the Government Center T stop. Cross
Cambridge Street to Center Plaza.
From South of Boston:
Take the Southeast Expressway (I-93) north into Boston, into the new tunnel.
Take the Government Center exit. Stay in the left hand lane of the two-lane
exit and take a left at the light at the top of the ramp onto North Street.
Follow North Street straight until it dead-ends at City Hall (Faneuil Hall
will be on your left). Turn left onto Congress Street, then take the first
right onto State Street. At the fork, bear left onto Tremont Street, and
immediately turn right, just past the Souper Salad restaurant, into the
parking garage (there is a blue "Public Parking" sign affixed overhead at
the corner of the building). At the bottom of the ramp, turn right to park
under Center Plaza. Take the elevator or stairs up to the lobby of Two
Center Plaza.
From Northeast and North Shore:
Take Route 128 South to U.S. Route 1; follow U.S. Route 1 to Mystic River
(Tobin) Bridge; cross bridge ($3.00 toll) and follow direction signs to
"North Station Storrow Drive." Merge onto Storrow Drive and move into left
lane. Take first exit (left) for Government Center. At the bottom of the
exit ramp, proceed 1/2 to 2/3 way around the rotary to Cambridge Street.
Follow Cambridge Street up the hill to Government Center. At the second
light after Cambridge Street flattens out (as it starts to curve to the
right), turn right onto Somerset Street. Center Plaza Garage will be a
short way up the hill on the left. If you overshoot Somerset Street, keep
on going to the far end of the building and turn right down the other ramp
(just past Souper Salad; there is a blue "Public Parking" sign affixed
overhead at the corner of the building); at the bottom of that ramp turn
right to park under Center Plaza.
Alternatively, take Route 128 South to I-93 South; follow I-93 South towards
Boston. Take right lane exit for Storrow Drive and follow ramps to Storrow
Drive; merge onto Storrow Drive, take the first exit (left) and continue as
set forth above.
From West and Central Mass:
Take the Mass Pike (I-90) East to Exit 18 (Cambridge). After tolls, follow
signs toward Cambridge and Storrow Drive. At traffic light, take right onto
Storrow Drive and travel approximately three miles to Cambridge Street Exit.
Follow Cambridge Street, past Mass. General Hospital, up the hill to
Government Center. Shortly after Cambridge Street flattens out, turn right
onto Somerset Street. Center Plaza Garage will be a short way up the hill
on your left. (If you overshoot Somerset Street, keep on going to the far
end of the building and turn right down the other ramp (just past Souper
Salad and the blue "Public Parking" sign affixed overhead at the corner of
the building); at the bottom of that ramp turn right to park under Center
Plaza.)
