Thomas Herman Represents SecZetta in Securing Credit Facility
SecZetta, a provider of the most comprehensive non-employee identity risk and lifecycle management platform, announced on April 17, 2020, that it has closed a multi-million dollar credit facility with Silicon Valley Bank. The loan is expected to be used for SecZetta’s working capital needs
Thomas D. Herman, a partner with Smith Duggan Buell & Rufo LLP, represented SecZetta in negotiating and closing the transaction.
